Selling our Products
We strive to display all goods to as accurate as possible as photography can allow. Products may differ slightly to the web photographs so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our products we provide. You agree to purchase products from our site at your own risk.
You will be required to pay delivery charges on any goods purchased. All goods purchased from this site will be delivered through Standard Delivery. This does not include Bank Holidays and Weekends. You are required to provide an accurate delivery address with your customer name. We will not be liable of delivery of your products if the address is inaccurate or not complete.

You will be required to pay delivery charges on any goods purchased. All goods purchased from this site will be delilvered through Standard Delivery. This does not include Bank Holidays and Weekends. You are required to provide an accurate delivery address with your customer name. We will not be liable of delivery of your products if the address is inaccurate or not complete. Shipping prices depend on weight of the product.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds We reserve the right to modify reject of cancel your order if becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. See below for Returns/Refunds info.
Right to Cancel Order
You have 14 days from day of purchase to cancel your order and must let us know you want to cancel your order during the cancellation period. If you want to cancel your order within 14 days which has not been despatched, email us at artlabdesign@btinternet.com to notify you want to cancel your order, or by text/phone to 07592028479. We can then refund you the value of goods and postage. We will reimburse you as soon as possible and within 14 days.
Right to Return
Return requests must be made within 14 days after the receipt of your product. If you cancel products that have already been despatched, then please return them to us as soon as possible with the Returns Label and in the original condition and packaging with tags by mail.
We will accept requests for refunds on the following:
product is damaged
Product is the wrong size
Product does not meet customer expectations
You will need to pay the postage for the return of the goods. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the transit . When we receive the returned goods we will refund or exchange for you within 14 days. We will reimburse you through the same form of payment from your purchase with us. If you prefer to be reimbursed another way please let us know by email.
